Our product — important health notice
Hush is a wellness accessory, not a medical device. It is designed to support slow, extended exhalation — a breathing pattern associated with the body's natural relaxation response. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including anxiety disorders, panic disorder, or respiratory conditions, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, or experience persistent or severe symptoms, please consult a qualified professional. Discontinue use if you feel dizzy or unwell. Not suitable for young children — contains small parts and a cord/chain.
Orders and payment
- All prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where supported; the store's base currency is AUD. Prices include any applicable discounts at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.
- Discount codes (e.g. launch offers) apply only when entered at checkout, can't be applied retroactively, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
- Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected even after an order is placed; you'll always be offered a full refund in that case.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, branding, and design — belongs to Hush and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws, including consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
