Free tracked shipping, worldwide
Every Hush order ships free, with tracking, anywhere in the world.
Timeframes
- Processing: orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch (Australia and the United States). Other regions can take a little longer.
- During major sale periods or carrier disruptions, allow a few extra days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You will never be left out of pocket for a parcel that doesn't arrive.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@hushbreathing.com as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once we have the right details.
Customs and duties
Orders are shipped delivered-duty-unpaid. Most Hush orders fall under import thresholds, but any customs charges that do apply in your country are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping Protection (optional)
Add Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is covered end to end. If it is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen after it is marked delivered, contact us and we will replace or refund it in full, fast and with no fuss. Protection is optional and you can remove it in your cart before you check out.
